IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERIES?
There is a minimum order of £25.00 for delivery.
DO I HAVE TO MEET THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE IF I COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Currently we do not have the facilities to allow customers to collect orders, we conveniently deliver all orders directly to your address.
DO ROBERTS FOODSERVICE DELIVER LOCALLY?
Yes we do, we deliver throughout the county of Dorset, 6 days a week including bank holidays.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Sorry we do not have the facilities to allow customers to collect orders.
We conveniently deliver all orders directly to your address as long as it meets the minimum order value of £25.00.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE?
Yes, health and safety is very important to us.
All of our products are delivered in the correct temperature-controlled vehicles. Products are categorised by Ambient (A), Chilled (C) and Frozen (F), which will be displayed next to the product code as you place your orders online.
WHERE CAN I FIND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS?

WHAT DO I NEED TO START ORDERING ONLINE?
You can order online with Roberts Foodservice from any internet enabled device. You will need an email address and password.
To get set up for online ordering please visit Your Account and select sign in/register and fill in the registration form.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Once you have filled in the registration form you will be emailed your username and a link to create your password to the email address you provide and your online account will be active immediately.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD
If you need to reset or have forgotten your password, simply click ‘Lost your password?’ on the Sign in/Register page.
WILL MY CONFIRMATION SHOW THE TOTAL AMOUNT I AM TO BE CHARGED WITH VAT?
Any item that is subject to VAT will be highlighted with a (*). The amount shown will be without VAT however we will let you know how much will be taken from your card.

We have a dedicated team available 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am – 1:00pm Saturday, who will be happy to support you!
